Products, quotes, and orders

Greenhouse kits are made to order. Product descriptions and quotes explain the selected size, components, options, and price. Review the itemized order and delivery choice before paying. If you need a correction, contact us before completing checkout. When a shipment needs an individual quote—such as an order with multiple kits or certain accessories—we will provide the complete price and a checkout link before payment. We will contact you if an item or option cannot be supplied as ordered and work with you on a correction or refund.

Payment, pickup, and shipping

The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay Sunbow for the order and the selected shipping option. For eligible local orders, free delivery or free Waldport pickup may be available. For a single greenhouse kit outside the free delivery area, the available freight-terminal pickup or door-delivery charge is included in the checkout total. Door delivery is not offered in Alaska. Some orders require a complete quote before checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for eligibility, rates, destinations, and delivery choices. We do not collect a separate freight payment after checkout for an order placed through this process.

Timing and delivery

Greenhouse kits typically ship or become available for pickup or local delivery within 2–3 weeks after the order date. Transit begins after shipment and depends on the destination and delivery option. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. For terminal pickup, we will confirm the terminal and pickup details; terminal pickup may require a drive. For local pickup, we will arrange an appointment when the order is ready.

Changes, returns, and product issues

Changes, cancellations, returns, refunds, and reports of damage or missing parts are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order. Any product-specific written warranty is described with that product or its manufacturer documentation. These terms do not take away rights provided by applicable law.

Site information and use

We work to keep product information, images, and prices accurate. If you spot a discrepancy or need to confirm a specification before ordering, contact us. Site content is provided to help customers evaluate Sunbow products; please do not copy or misuse it in a way that infringes Sunbow's or another party's rights. We may update these website terms, but changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an order already placed.
