Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sunbow Greenhouses, we strive to be your trusted partner for agriculture supplies by providing the efficiency, innovation, and service you need. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a discretionary replacement, return, or repair.

Custom Orders

  • All Greenhouse / High Tunnel orders are custom assembled and packaged for each customer.
  • Any changes to or cancellation of a Greenhouse / High Tunnel order after checkout will incur a $200 modification/restocking fee.
  • All Greenhouse / High Tunnel orders are not eligible for returns or Exchanges once they have shipped.
  • All Greenhouse / High Tunnel plastic, shade cloth and other structure coverings are custom cut. Once your order has been cut it is no longer returnable or refundable..

Greenhouse Accessories

Accessories may be returned, subject to Return shipping policies and Restocking Fee of 20%.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: To start the return process, email grow@sunbowgreenhouses.com or call (541) 270-2911.
  2. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returned items. This does not apply to items that are unused and in original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price minus the return shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically post back to your bank account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Items

If your items are damaged, missing, lost, or stolen during delivery, you will need to initiate a courier claim. To file a claim, email grow@sunbowgreenhouses.com or call (541) 270-2911.
