Shipping & Delivery Policy
Choose free pickup in Waldport, free local delivery on eligible orders of $1,000 or more, or freight shipping. Greenhouse kit freight is included in your checkout total. When an accessory needs a freight quote, we provide the complete price and a checkout link before you pay.
1. Free Pickup in Waldport
Pick up your order at our Waldport, Oregon location at no charge. We will contact you to arrange pickup when your order is ready.
2. Free Delivery Area
We offer free local delivery of greenhouse kits or accessories on orders of $1,000 or more within our eligible ZIP codes. Check your ZIP code on our website, then enter your full address at checkout to confirm the delivery option. Orders below $1,000 do not qualify for free local delivery; free pickup in Waldport remains available.
3. Nationwide Freight Shipping
For a single greenhouse kit outside our free delivery area, choose pickup at a freight terminal or delivery to your address. The shipping price for your kit size and destination is shown and included in your checkout total. You pay Sunbow when you place your order; Sunbow arranges the shipment.
Terminal pickup may require a drive. We will work with you to find the closest reasonable freight terminal and confirm the pickup details. Delivery to your address is not available in Alaska; terminal pickup is available there.
If you order two or more greenhouse kits, we will quote the combined shipment instead of adding a separate freight charge for every kit. We will send you a checkout link with the final shipping charge included before you pay.
Greenhouse Freight Prices
For one greenhouse kit outside our free delivery area, your freight price depends on its floor area and destination state. Prices below are in US dollars, per order, and are included in your checkout total. Accessories purchased with the kit add no shipping charge.

Alaska offers terminal pickup only. We will find the closest reasonable terminal, but pickup may require a drive. Accessories purchased with a kit add no extra freight charge. For a kit with a quote-required accessory, or any kit-and-accessory order outside the lower 48 states and DC, request one complete checkout quote before payment. For other kit-and-accessory carts, select More shipping options at checkout to choose door delivery where available. For two or more kits, ask us for a consolidated freight quote; we will send a checkout link with the shipping charge included before payment.
Accessories with a Greenhouse Kit
Accessories purchased with a full greenhouse kit add no additional freight charge. Within the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, free-shipping accessories can be purchased with a kit at normal checkout; select More shipping options to choose terminal pickup or door delivery for the kit where available.
If your order includes a quote-required accessory, or if a kit with accessories is going outside the lower 48 and DC, request a complete quote before payment. We will include the kit and accessories in one checkout invoice with no extra accessory freight. Door delivery is not offered in Alaska.
Accessories Ordered Without a Greenhouse Kit
Accessories designated for free shipping ship free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. regions outside the lower 48, request a complete shipping quote before payment.
Some accessories require a quote for every destination. These items are quote-first rather than instant-checkout products. Tell us the option, quantity, and delivery ZIP code. We will send one checkout link with the product and final shipping price included before you pay. We do not collect a freight deposit or bill an additional freight amount after checkout.
Timing
Greenhouse kits are made to order and typically ship or become available for pickup or delivery within 2–3 weeks of the order date. Transit time begins after shipment and varies by destination.
